1. Improved functionality and carrying capacity of watersheds that are based on community empowerment
- Development of social forestry (Community Forests (Hutan Kemasyarakatan)and village forests, rehabilitation of mangrove forests, development of urban forests, reserved areas for Community Timber Plantation(Hutan Tanaman Rakyat))
- Rehabilitation of forests and lands and reclamation of forests in priority watersheds
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Provision of forest seeds for the community

2. Biodiversity Conservation and Forest Protection Program
